Esta casa fechada entre los siglo XV-XVIII, está situada junto al Palacio de Villalegre y posiblemente formara parte de la misma parcela que la situada a su izquierda, ya que ha sufrido numerosas transformaciones.

El antiguo Hospital Real se encuentra ubicado en la solar donde posiblemente estaba la primitiva sinagoga, en la zona donde se asentaba la judería medieval.

Casa datada en el siglo XVI de grandes dimensiones, ubicada en la calle Duende, cerca de la Plaza del Conde Luque. Antiguamente estuvo asentada en ella la Casa Consistorial de Guadix.

Se trata de una casa patio del siglo XVI ubicada frente a la línea de muralla medieval. Es un inmueble de tres plantas cuyo acceso se realiza desde un saliente de la casa.
